All Industrial was selected to implement high pressure filtration on their 9” aluminum extruder.

Down time was not an option for this multi-million dollar extruder. Four 500cc Rexroth A4VSO pumps deliver over 600 GPM to array of proportional valves, logic cartridges and large bore cylinders producing over 5000 tons of force. This system lacked by desperately needed pressure filtration to protect these vital components.

Hydac High Pressure filters were installed off each 500cc pump. 10 micron filtration is now protecting downstream components. Failures and machine downtime has dramatically reduced following the success of this upgrade.
